Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 2a (Munich)
The Fritz-Reuter-Straße 2a building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1893. The small villa in Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The single-storey saddle roof building with a wooden balcony and knee-high floor was built in the local style according to plans by the architects' office August Exter . It corresponds to a standard draft of the architectural office.
Between 1897 and 1900, Georg Völkl had already remodeled the building.
