Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 1b (Munich)
The Fritz-Reuter-Straße 1b building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1893/94. The small villa in Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The two-storey saddle roof building with a curved gable , polygonal corner bay window and wooden balcony was built in a Baroque style according to plans by the August Exter architectural office . It corresponds to a standard draft of the architectural office.
In 1991/92 the house was extended to the rear and changed inside.
