Villa Fritz-Reuter-Straße 22 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 22 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1894. The villa on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with saddle roof porch , side stair tower and ornamental framework was built according to plans by the architects August Exter in the local style. The rooms are grouped on three sides around the staircase.
