Fritz Burdina (born August 26, 1917 ) is a former German soccer goalkeeper who was active in the Gauliga from 1938 to 1944 - sometimes as a guest player - and in 1950/51 in the contract league Berlin .

Career

Burdina belonged to Minerva 93 Berlin in the 1938/39 season , for the club he played point games in the Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg until December 1942 and in the meantime, during the 1941/42 season , played a point game in the Gauliga Bayern for SpVgg Fürth . During this period he was active as a guest player in the war in May 1942 in the cup game for the Luftwaffe sports club from Uetersen .

In the 1942/43 season he was active in the Gauliga Nordbayern - which was divided into two groups due to the war-related circumstances - for SpVgg Fürth and later helped out - also as a guest player - at FC Bayern Munich , for whom he was in the 1st final round of the Tschammer Cup in the 3-0 defeat at BC Augsburg was used. He continued his time in Fürth until the end of the 1943/44 season in the Gauliga Nordbayern.

After the end of the Second World War , he returned to Berlin and completed his last season as an active football player for SC Westend in 1950/51 , which was promoted from the 1st amateur league to the contract league Berlin and was able to hold the league.
