Fritz Timme

Fritz Timme (born June 20, 1903 in Celle ; † May 26, 1976 in Braunschweig ) was a German high school and university teacher.

Life

Timme was in 1931 at the University of Kiel under Fritz Rörig to Dr. phil. PhD. In 1938 he went to the Bernhard Rust University of Applied Sciences in Braunschweig for teacher training . From 1942 to 1945 he taught medieval history and urban history at the Technical University of Braunschweig . In the 1940/41 winter semester, his series of lectures on the Settlement of Eastern Europe and Eastern Issues from an advanced training course at the Reich Security Main Office was only available for his employees "by special professors", which required SS membership. Timme was a member of the country team at CC Rhenania Jena . As senior teacher a. D. he lived in Braunschweig.
