Fritz Weber (politician, 1911)
Fritz Weber (born February 11, 1911 in Stuttgart ; † May 1, 1998 ) was a German farmer and politician ( FDP / DVP ).
Life and work
Weber was born the son of a farmer. After graduating from elementary school, he completed practical training on his parents' farm and on various other farms. At the same time he attended the agricultural school, where he completed an internship in 1936. In 1938 he acquired a former domain in the Schloßberg district (Ostpr.) . He had done military service in 1936/37, took part in the Second World War as a soldier in 1944/45 and was most recently taken prisoner.
After the end of the war, Weber was the tenant of a farm with an inn and distillery in Untersontheim . In 1957 he took over the management of the Black Forest estate Georgenau in Möttlingen as a tenant . He was also a member of the board of the AOK in Schwäbisch Hall .
Political party
Weber joined the DVP after 1945 , which later became the Baden-Württemberg state association of the FDP . From 1952 to 1957 he was chairman of the FDP / DVP district association Schwäbisch Hall.
MP
Weber was a member of the district council of Schwäbisch Hall . He was a member of the German Bundestag from May 15, 1956, when he replaced the retired MP Reinhold Maier , until 1965. He was always drawn into parliament via the Baden-Württemberg state list. From November 5, 1970 to 1972 he was a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament .
