Friedrich "Fritz" von Christen (* May 24, 1872 in Werleshausen ; † July 22, 1953 there ) was a Prussian district administrator and manor owner .

Fritz von Christen was born in 1872 on the Werleshausen family estate near Witzenhausen in the Prussian province of Saxony . His father was the politician Hermann von Christen . His brothers were the District Administrator Walter von Christen and Heino von Christen (Dr. jur., Head of Department, Royal Prussian Major a. D.). From 1891, Christen studied law at the Universities of Strasbourg and Göttingen . In 1891 he became a member of the Corps Palatia Strasbourg . In Göttingen he wrote his legal dissertation and was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD.

In 1904 Fritz von Christen was appointed district administrator for the district of Heiligenstadt in the Prussian province of Saxony. He held the office for 34 years until reaching seniority in 1938. After the death of his father in 1919 he was co-heir of the Werleshausen manor near Witzenhausen an der Werra . The former manor is now in Hesse due to the Wanfried Agreement .
