The Berlin Amateur Football League 1953/54 was the fourth season of the top amateur class in West Berlin . The Berlin Amateur League formed the substructure of the Berlin Contract League . The BFC Südring became Berlin amateur champions in 1954 and rose to the contract league. Second promoted to the contract league and Berlin representative at the amateur championship of the DFB was Hertha BSC , while Concordia Wittenau , SC Tegel and BFC Germania 1888 were relegated from the amateur league.
