The Berlin Amateur Football League 1969/70 was the twentieth season of the top amateur class in West Berlin . The Amateur League Berlin was below the Regionalliga Berlin and thus on the third highest German league level. The BFC Alemannia 90 was Berlin amateur champion in 1970, rose to the regional league and was the Berlin representative at the amateur championship of the DFB . The second promoter to the Regionalliga was VfL Nord Berlin , while Spandauer BC 06 , SC Union 06 Berlin and CFC Hertha 06 were relegated from the amateur league.
