The 1st Amateur League North Baden 1969/70 was the 20th season of the  1st Amateur League  in North Baden - the forerunner of today's  Baden Association League . The North Baden amateur champion was FV Weinheim , who finished second behind promoted SV Göppingen in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd and thus had to continue to play in the 1st amateur league. Phönix Mannheim , Viktoria Berghausen and ASV Feudenheim had to relegate to the 2nd amateur league. For the following season 1970/71 came from the 2nd amateur league the promoted 1. FC Birkenfeld and VfB Knielingen and from the regional league relegated SV Waldhof Mannheim .
