The 1st amateur league North Baden 1973/74 was the 24th season of the  1st amateur  soccer league in North Baden - the forerunner of today's  Baden Association League . The North Baden amateur champion was the Karlsruhe FV . Due to the introduction of the two-part 2nd Bundesliga, there were no promoters from the 1st amateur league this season. The VfB Bretten , the VfR Pforzheim and Germania Friedrichstal had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. For the following season 1974/75 came from the 2nd amateur league the promoted Alemannia Eggenstein , Germania-Union Pforzheim and the SpVgg Neckarelz .
