The 1st Amateur League North Baden 1959/60  was the tenth season of the  1st amateur  soccer league in North Baden - the forerunner of today's  Baden Association League . North Baden amateur champion was Phönix Mannheim after a play-off on April 16, 1960 (3: 2) against city rivals Spvgg Sandhofen . Mannheim could not prevail in the promotion round to the II Division .

Olympia Kirrlach and FV Hockenheim had to relegate to the 2nd amateur league. ASV Eppelheim and SpVgg Ilvesheim were promoted for the following season .
