The 1st Amateur League North Baden 1968/69 was the 19th season of the  1st Amateur League  in North Baden - the forerunner of today's  Baden Association League . The North Baden amateur champions were FC Germania Forst . In the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd they could not prevail against the other four southern German amateur champions. The FV Mosbach , the VfB Knielingen and victoria bammental had to descend to the 2nd Amateur League. FV Hockenheim and Phönix Mannheim were promoted for the following season . Last year's promoted VfL Neckarau had to return to the 1st amateur league from the regional league.
