The 1st Amateur League North Württemberg 1969/70 was the tenth season of the 1st Amateur League in North Württemberg. SV Göppingen won the championship with seven points ahead of Union Böckingen . In the promotion round to Regionalliga Süd Göppingen prevailed against FV 09 Weinheim , SV Tübingen and SV Waldkirch .

The 1. FC TV Urbach got down in the second amateur league. With the rise of SV Göppingen and the merger of SSV 1928 Ulm and TSG Ulm 1846 to form SSV Ulm 1846 there were no further relegations.
