The 1st amateur league Black Forest-Bodensee 1961/62 was the second season of the joint division of the Württemberg Football Association and the South Baden Football Association . It was also the twelfth season of the first amateur league Wuerttemberg and the first amateur league South Baden and the second season in which in Württemberg in the two seasons Nordwürttemberg and Black Forest-Lake Constance and in South Baden in the two seasons southern Baden and Black Forest-Lake Constance was played. FC Hechingen won the championship of the Black Forest-Bodensee League ahead of SC Schwenningen . The FC Hechingen renounced the promotion round to the II. Division , the advanced SC Schwenningen failed at VfR Heilbronn .

The TSV Burladingen from Württemberg and the two southern Baden clubs FC Radolfzell and SV Meßkirch dismounted in the second amateur league.
