The 1st Amateur League North Württemberg 1964/65 was the fifth season of the 1st Amateur League in North Württemberg. The championship was won by the VfB Stuttgart amateurs eight points ahead of TSF Esslingen . For the Stuttgart it was the third championship in a row. Since the VfB amateurs were not eligible for promotion, the TSF Esslingen took part in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd , but failed there at VfR Pforzheim .

The SpVgg Neckarsulm and Salamander Kornwestheim were relegated directly to the 2nd amateur league. The last relegated team determined the tied teams of SSV Ulm and SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg in a playoff. After Ludwigsburg won 4-1, Ulm also had to relegate.
