The 1st amateur league Württemberg 1952/53 was the third season of the 1st amateur soccer league in Württemberg . The VfL Sindelfingen won the championship with six points ahead of last year's relegated VfR Aalen . Since Sindelfingen renounced promotion to the II. Division , the VfR Aalen took part in the promotion round, but failed there at FC Hanau 93 and Wacker Munich . VfL Sindelfingen took part in the 1953 German Amateur Championship as the Württemberg representative and made it to the semifinals.

The FV Ebingen and VfL Kirchheim / Teck dismounted in the second amateur league.
