The 1st Amateur League Black Forest-Bodensee 1975/76 was the 26th season of the 1st Amateur Football League and the 16th season in which the two seasons of North Württemberg and Black Forest-Bodensee were played in Württemberg . No clubs from southern Baden have been involved since the previous season. The championship of the Black Forest-Bodensee-Liga was won by BSV 07 Schwenningen , which also won the subsequent round of promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga South and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga for the first time .

The TSV Tettnang and SV Oberzell dismounted in the second amateur league.
