German amateur soccer championship 1975

German amateur football champions in 1976 became the SV Holzwickede . In the final he prevailed 1-0 against defending champion VfR OLI Bürstadt . The final in Oldenburg was the second worst-attended final in the history of the competition. Only the final of 1996 attracted fewer spectators (500).

Participating teams

A champion from the 1975/76 season took part in the German amateur championship with FC Wacker Munich (renouncing the 2nd Bundesliga ) . Ten runners-up were also qualified, with Biberach still having to undergo regional qualifying games. From the Oberliga Nord came the best-placed clubs (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, Lower Saxony) that were not qualified for the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga.
