German amateur soccer championship 1983

German amateur soccer champion in 1984 was the Offenburger FV . In the final in Offenburg's Karl-Heitz-Stadion, Offenburg won 4-1 against SC Eintracht Hamm on June 16, 1984.

Participating teams

Seven champions of the eight Oberliga seasons as well as the second and third of the Oberliga Nord from the 1983/84 season played in a promotion round , the four promoted players for the 2nd Bundesliga . Since the master of the Oberliga Nord (Werder Bremen / Amateure) was not eligible for promotion, he played with the runners-up of the other seasons for the amateur championship.
