German amateur soccer champions 1995 were VfL Osnabrück . In the final in Stuttgart's Waldau Stadium on June 13, 1995, Osnabrück won 4-2 after extra time against the host Stuttgarter Kickers . The Stuttgart final was the worst-attended final of the competition since 1976 and the one with the third fewest spectators in the entire history of the competition (the 1996 final will mark its historic low one year later with only 500 visitors).
