German amateur soccer championship 1951

German amateur football champions in 1951 became the ATSV Bremen 1860 . The competition was held for the first time this year. In the final in Berlin on June 30, 1951, Bremen won 3-2 against Karlsruher FV in front of 70,000 spectators in the Olympic Stadium.

15 amateur representatives from the regional associations took part in the preliminary round. The Cronenberger SC had a bye.
