The German amateur soccer champion in 1971 was (for the third time in a row) SC Jülich . In the final in Würzburg on July 10, 1971, Jülich won 1-0 against the amateurs of VfB Stuttgart . After 1969 and 1970, SC Jülich won the German amateur championship for the third time in a row in 1910.
