German amateur soccer championship 1989

German amateur soccer champion in 1990 was the FSV Salmrohr . In the final in front of their home crowd on June 10, 1990, they defeated Rheydter SV 2-0.

Participating teams

Seven champions of the eight Oberliga seasons as well as the second in each of the Oberliga Nord and Baden-Württemberg from the 1989/90 season played in a promotion round , the four promoted players for the 2nd Bundesliga . Since the master from the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg (Karlsruher SC / Amateure) was not eligible for promotion, he played with six runners-up and the third of the Oberliga Nord for the amateur championship.
