The 1994/95 season of the Bayernliga was the 50th season of the soccer Bayernliga and, after the reintroduction of the regional leagues for the 1994/95 season, the first as the fourth-highest division in Germany. The last time the two-point rule was used.

The champion and promoted to the regional league was Wacker Burghausen with eight points ahead of SpVgg Bayreuth . The Bayreuthers reached the relegation round to the Regionalliga Süd , in which they failed.

The relegation places occupied the SV Heidingsfeld and MTV Ingolstadt . Since 1. FC Amberg filed an application to initiate insolvency proceedings after the end of the season and therefore had to be relegated, FC Enikon Augsburg , who had actually been relegated in sport, played the relegation round with the runner-up in the Bavarian League . The Augsburg team was relegated there as the fourth team.

From the three seasons of the Bavarian State League, SC Weismain , SG Quelle Fürth and TSV 1860 Rosenheim rose as the respective season winners. SpVgg Weiden qualified as the fourth promoted team through the relegation games . SV Lohhof was relegated from the Regionalliga Süd .

Relegation round to the Bayern League

The table-16. of the Bayern League and the runners-up of the three seasons of the Landesliga Bayern played another place in the Bayern League after the end of the season in the knockout system. The winners of the two semi-finals in a neutral place played out the participants in the Bavarian League in a final game - also in a neutral place.

In the games in Haibach, the runner-up of the Landesliga Staffel Nord, SV Alemannia Haibach, faced Bayernliga representatives FC Enikon Augsburg and the Landesliga vice champions of the Staffeln Mitte, SpVgg Weiden, and Süd, TSV Eching, in Lappersdorf . FC Enikon Augsburg and SpVgg Weiden reached the final.
