The Football Oberliga Nord 1975/76 was the second season of the Football Oberliga Nord . Master was SV Arminia Hannover with four points ahead of VfL Wolfsburg . Both teams took part in the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga and were successful. Holstein Kiel , SC Concordia Hamburg , Blumenthaler SV and VfB Oldenburg took part in the amateur championship , where the Hamburgers were able to defeat VfB Oldenburg in the game for third place.

No club was relegated from the 2nd Bundesliga to the Oberliga Nord, so there were no relegations in the Oberliga Nord. SV Atlas Delmenhorst and the amateurs of Werder Bremen rose from the association and state leagues .
