The 1st amateur league Black Forest-Bodensee 1963/64 was the fourth season of the joint division of the Württemberg Football Association and the South Baden Football Association . It was also the fourteenth season of the first amateur league Wuerttemberg and the first amateur league South Baden and the fourth season in which in Württemberg in the two seasons Nordwürttemberg and Black Forest-Lake Constance and in South Baden in the two seasons southern Baden and Black Forest-Lake Constance was played. The championship of the Black Forest-Bodensee-Liga won the FV Ebingen after the playoff , but failed in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd .

The teams from TG Biberach and SpVgg Trossingen relegated to the 2nd Amateur League Württemberg, FC Konstanz and FC Wollmatingen to the 2nd Amateur League South Baden Season III.
