The 1st Black Forest-Bodensee amateur league in 1965/66 was the sixth season of the joint division of the Württemberg Football Association and the South Baden Football Association . It was also the sixteenth season of the first amateur league Wuerttemberg and the first amateur league South Baden and the sixth season in which in Württemberg in the two seasons Nordwürttemberg and Black Forest-Lake Constance and in South Baden in the two seasons southern Baden and Black Forest-Lake Constance was played. The championship of the Black Forest-Bodensee-Liga won the FC 08 Villingen , which also prevailed in the promotion round to the Football Regionalliga Süd .

The teams from FV Ravensburg and FC Onstmettingen were relegated to the 2nd Amateur League Württemberg.
