The 1st amateur league Black Forest-Bodensee 1970/71 was the 11th season of the joint division of the Württemberg Football Association and the South Baden Football Association . It was also the 21st season of the first amateur league Wuerttemberg and the first amateur league South Baden and the 11th season in which in Württemberg in the two seasons Nordwürttemberg and Black Forest-Lake Constance and in South Baden in the two seasons southern Baden and Black Forest-Lake Constance played has been. The championship of the Black Forest-Bodensee-Liga won the FC Singen , which failed a little later in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd in the playoff against SV Waldhof Mannheim after a penalty shoot-out.
The SV Wannweil , Olympia Laupheim and the amateurs of FC Villingen had the course in the second amateur league start.
