The 1st Amateur League Black Forest-Bodensee 1964/65 was the fifth season of the joint division of the Württemberg Football Association and the South Baden Football Association . It was also the fifteenth season of the first amateur league Wuerttemberg and the first amateur league South Baden and the fifth season in which in Württemberg in the two seasons Nordwürttemberg and Black Forest-Lake Constance and in South Baden in the two seasons southern Baden and Black Forest-Lake Constance was played. The championship of the Black Forest-Bodensee-Liga won as in the previous season of FV Ebingen , but failed again in the promotion round to the Regionalliga Süd .

The teams from SpVgg 08 Schramberg and TSV Meckenbeuren relegated to the 2nd Amateur League Württemberg, FC Radolfzell to the 2nd Amateur League South Baden Season III.
