The 1st amateur league Württemberg 1951/52 was the second season of the 1st amateur soccer league in Württemberg . The previous year's relegated Union Böckingen won the championship with a six point lead over VfR Schwenningen and thus managed to get promoted back to the second division . Schwenningen took part in the German amateur championship and became German amateur champion after a 5-2 win in the final against Cronenberger SC .

The SpVgg Trossingen and the SV Tübingen were relegated directly to the 2nd amateur league. The teams FV Zuffenhausen , SG Untertürkheim and Sportfreunde Stuttgart with equal points determined the last relegated team in two play-offs. After FV Zuffenhausen lost both games, he also had to relegate.

From the 2nd amateur league the SC Geislingen and last year's relegated FV Kornwestheim rose, which prevailed in a promotion round of the champions.
