The Landesliga Württemberg 1949/50 was the fifth and last season of the highest Württemberg amateur class before the formation of the 1st Amateur League Württemberg in 1950. It was one level below the Oberliga Süd and covered the northern part of Württemberg , which was then part of the state of Württemberg -Bath belonged.

Champion was the TSG Ulm and runners- Union Böckingen . Both clubs failed in the subsequent round of promotion to the Oberliga Süd, but rose to the new II Division of the Oberliga Süd . The ESC Ulm and the VfL Neckargartach descended.
