The 1st Amateur League North Württemberg 1961/62 was the third season of the 1st Amateur League in North Württemberg. The championship was won by the VfB Stuttgart amateurs one point ahead of SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg . A promotion round was not played in that year, as the previous II. Division was replaced by the newly created Regionalliga Süd. The amateurs of VfB Stuttgart competed in the German amateur championship and won 1-0 in the final against VfL Wolfsburg .

The FV Zuffenhausen , the TSV Benningen and Normannia Gmund dismounted in the second amateur league.
