The Association League Niederrhein 1962/63 was the 7th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which was the top division in the Lower Rhine amateur football of men from 1957 to 1978 . Until 1964, this league, together with the association leagues Middle Rhine and Westphalia, represented the substructure of the II. Division South and was third-class in the German soccer league system of that time .

The Homberger SV was Niederrheinmeister. Due to the introduction of the Bundesliga and the regional leagues , there were no promoters this season. The TSG Karnap that SpVgg Hochheide and VfB Kleve promoted to the division Niederrhein from. Rose to new from the national leagues 1963-64 season , the Sportfreunde Walsum , Bayer Uerdingen and SSV Velbert on. The relegated SV Neukirchen and FV Duisburg 08 came from the II. Division .
