The Association League Niederrhein 1962/63 was the 7th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which was the top division in the Lower Rhine amateur football of men from 1957 to 1978 . Until 1964, this league, together with the association leagues Middle Rhine and Westphalia, represented the substructure of the II. Division South and was third-class in the German soccer league system of that time .
