The Association League Niederrhein 1974/75 was the 19th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which was the top division in the Lower Rhine amateur football of men from 1957 to 1978 . Until 1978, this league, together with the Mittelrhein and Westphalia association leagues , represented the North Rhine-Westphalian substructure for the 2nd Bundesliga North and was third-class in the German soccer league system of that time .
