The Association League Niederrhein 1966/67 was the 11th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which from 1957 to 1978 was the top division in Lower Rhine amateur football for men. From 1963 to 1974, this league, together with the association leagues Middle Rhine and Westphalia, formed the substructure of the Regionalliga West and was third-class in the German football league system of that time .

The VfB Bottrop was Niederrhein champion and was promoted to the Regionalliga West. Schwarz-Weiß Alstaden , SpVgg Sterkrade-Nord and Sportfreunde Walsum were relegated to the Lower Rhine regional league . Rose to new from the national leagues season 1967/68 the BV Altenessen , the VfL Wuppertal and Hülser FC on. Relegated Eintracht Duisburg was added from Regionalliga West .
