The Association League Niederrhein 1975/76 was the 20th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which from 1957 to 1978 was the top division in Lower Rhine amateur football for men. Until 1978, this league, together with the Mittelrhein and Westphalia association leagues , represented the North Rhine-Westphalian substructure for the 2nd Bundesliga North and was third-class in the German soccer league system of that time .

The 1. FC Bocholt won the Lower Rhine football championship with four points ahead of the amateurs of black and white food and thus qualified for the promotion round to 2. Bundesliga , but failed in the one. The amateurs from Schwarz-Weiß Essen took part in the 1976 German amateur championship as representatives from the Lower Rhine region and were eliminated in the preliminary round.

The BV Altenessen 06 , the Düsseldorf SC 99 and concord Duisburg increased in the division Lower Rhine from. Rose to new from the national leagues 1975/76 season   the sports fans Katerberg , the TuS Grevenbroich and TuS Xanten on. 1. FC Mülheim came from the 2nd Bundesliga as a relegated team to the Niederrhein Association League for the coming season.
