The Verbandsliga Niederrhein 1958/59 was the 3rd season of the Verbandsliga Niederrhein , which was the top division in men's amateur football from 1957 to 1978 . Until 1963, this league, together with the association leagues Middle Rhine and Westphalia, represented the substructure of the II. West Division and was third-class in the German football league system of that time .
