The Lower Rhine Football Regional League 1951/52 was the fifth season of the highest amateur class in the area of the Lower Rhine Football Association under the name Landesliga . The Landesliga Niederrhein was located below the 2nd League West and divided into two groups. The Cronenberger SC became Lower Rhine champions for the third time in a row and won the runner-up in the subsequent German amateur championship. A promotion to the 2nd League West did not take place in 1952. A total of seven clubs from the two national league groups were relegated.
