The Lower Rhine Football Regional League 1952/53 was the sixth season of the highest amateur class in the area of the Lower Rhine Football Association under the name Landesliga . The Landesliga Niederrhein was located below the 2nd League West and divided into three groups. The Homberger SV was Niederrhein champion in 1953 and won the runner-up in the subsequent German amateur championship. A promotion to the 2nd League West did not take place in 1953. A total of seven clubs from the three national league groups were relegated.
