The Association League Niederrhein 1963/64 was the 8th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which was the top division in the Lower Rhine amateur football of men from 1957 to 1978 . This league, together with the association leagues Middle Rhine and Westphalia, represented the substructure of the Regionalliga West and was third-class in the German football league system of that time .

Season end

The Homberger SV was again Niederrheinmeister and rose to the Regionalliga West. Hamborn 90 , SC Kleve , SV Byfang , BV Osterfeld and Union Ohligs were relegated to the Lower Rhine regional league . From the national leagues rose for the new season 1964/65 of the Düsseldorfer SC 99 , the VfvB Ruhrort-Laar and Schwarz-Weiß Alstaden . Relegated VfB Bottrop was added from the Regionalliga-West .
