The Association League Niederrhein 1973/74 was the 18th season of the Association League Niederrhein , which from 1957 to 1978 was the top division in the Lower Rhine amateur football of men. Until 1974, this league, together with the association leagues Middle Rhine and Westphalia, formed the substructure of the Regionalliga West and was third-class in the German football league system of that time .
