The Verbandsliga Mittelrhein 1962/63 was the 7th season of the Verbandsliga Mittelrhein , which from 1962 to 1978 was the top division in men's amateur football on the Middle Rhine . Until 1963, this league, together with the association leagues Niederrhein and Westphalia, represented the substructure of the II. West Division and was third-class in the German football league system of that time .
