The Verbandsliga Mittelrhein 1975/76 was the 20th season of the Verbandsliga Mittelrhein , which was the top division in amateur football for men from 1962 to 1978 . From 1974 this league, together with the association leagues Niederrhein and Westfalen, represented the substructure of the 2nd Bundesliga North and was third-class in the German soccer league system of that time .

Season end

The Bonner SC was Middle Rhine Champion. In the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga North , Bonn finished second in Group North A and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga. The Eschweiler SG and SC Köln-Mülheim Nord were relegated to the Landesliga Mittelrhein .
