The Saarland Amateur Football League 1975/76 was the 25th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the 2. Bundesliga until 1978 and was therefore third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was Borussia Neunkirchen , which finished third in the south-west group in the promotion round to the 2nd Bundesliga South and thus had to play in the amateur league in the coming season. The SpVgg Merzig and Teutonia Landsweiler-Reden had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1976/77 the SV Fraulautern and Rot-Weiß Hasborn came as promoted from the district league.
