The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1956/57  was the 6th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champions were FC Homburg . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division , Homburg took the first place that qualified for promotion. The SV Herrensohr had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1957/58 came the SV Fraulautern and the SpVgg Qui Various as promoters from the district league.
