The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1960/61  was the 10th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was SV 06 Völklingen . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division occupied Völklingen the second place, which entitled to promotion. The FV 07 Diefflen and the SC Altenkessel had to dismount after this season in the district league. For the following season 1961/62 , SpVgg Altenwald and SV Mettlach came as a climber from the district league, and Viktoria Sulzbach as a relegated from the II. Division.
