The honor league Saarland 1950/51 was the highest division for Saarland football clubs in Saarland , which is independent of Germany, and was played with a total of 14 teams. The Saarland Football Association (SFB) took over the organization .

The Saarland champion in the third and final season of the Saarland Honorary League was the second team of 1. FC Saarbrücken ahead of SV Preußen Merchweiler and the newly promoted SV St. Ingbert , while last year's champion Sportfreunde 05 Saarbrücken took tenth place.
