The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1968/69  was the 18th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the Regionalliga Südwest until 1974 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

Saarland champion was SC Friedrichsthal , who also successfully completed the regional league promotion round and was allowed to move up. The ASV Kleinottweiler and the SpVgg Qui Various had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1969/70 the sports friends Köllerbach and FV Eppelborn came as a climber from the district league, and Teutonia Landsweiler-speeches as a relegated from the Regionalliga Südwest.
