The  Saarland Amateur Football League 1954/55  was the 4th season of the Saarland Amateur League , the predecessor of the Saarland Association League . This league represented the substructure of the II. Southwest Division until 1963 and was thus third-class in the overall league hierarchy.

The Saarland champion was SV St. Ingbert . In the promotion round to the II. Southwest Division , St. Ingbert took second place, which allowed for promotion. Rot-Weiß Sulzbach and the SC Großrosseln had to relegate to the district league after this season. For the following season 1955/56 came SV Herrensohr and VfB Theley as promoted from the district leagues, and Viktoria Hühnerfeld as relegated from the II. Division.
